Le BAL Café by Le RECHO
Le BAL Café by Le RECHO welcomes you from Wednesday to Sunday!
Le BAL Café is getting a makeover. At the helm since October 2022 is the association Le RECHO, which, since its first steps, has been militating and deploying with determination a multitude of projects to promote hospitality through the universal language of ethical cuisine.
Behind the stove, chef Mahir Atia. Originally from Marseille, his passion for cooking was born alongside his grandmother. Having worked at the restaurant Question de Goût, Le RECHO table, Mahir Atia now passes on his creations and his know-how of inclusive and sustainable cooking to a team of people in training who surround him at Le BAL Café by RECHO.
On the menu? Well thought-out dishes, featuring tasty market cuisine inspired by the whole world, always concocted from local and organic products. The fruit of the work of men and women committed to the restoration of a living world.
The café is also open in the afternoons to enjoy a gourmet break before or after your visit to the exhibition, with an offer of drinks and pastries, concocted by the chef Muriel Aublet-Cuvelier.
