Le BAL Café by Le RECHO welcomes you from Wednesday to Sunday!

From June 2022 onwards, Le RECHO will move to Le BAL.
Faithful to its historical project linking cooking to hospitality and unconditional welcome, Le BAL Café by Le RECHO becomes a humanist integration restaurant where refugees are accompanied and trained.

On the menu: a tasty market cuisine, concocted from organic, local and farm products. Here, the cooking is environmentally friendly and ensures that its carbon footprint is drastically reduced by giving pride of place to vegetable products and using energy-efficient cooking methods.

Every day, the restaurant's team creates a cuisine of discovery, sharing and commitment around the flavours of the world.

Throughout the summer, Le BAL and Le RECHO are pleased to collaborate with the food agency La Relève to offer you unique residencies and discover numerous culinary talents.
On the programme? Chefs will be invited in residence for a period of two to three weeks, in order to discover their cuisine and to train the restaurateurs of tomorrow with respect and kindness! Each chef will have carte blanche to let their desires speak for themselves and to try their hand at running a restaurant.

Chef Toko Essom will open the ball in residence from 2 to 12 June 2022.
A young chef of Cameroonian origin, Toko Essom is inspired by his culinary travels to offer a cuisine with flavours from around the world, always in harmony with the seasons. Having worked at such prestigious establishments as 1 Place Vendôme, the Prince of Wales and the Plaza Athénée, the chef is now free to pursue his career on the move.
