Spanish photographer Laia Abril mixes testimonies, historical documentation and photographs in A History of Misogyny, which examines the multi-faceted oppression of women through the ages.

On abortion, this long-term project’s first chapter, focuses on the dangers and damage caused by the global setbacks to the right of women to have control over their bodies. A signing in the bookshop will follow.
