The spaces at LE BAL are available for rental for your events: press conferences, congresses, seminars, private exhibition tours, breakfasts, parties…
These private events are regularly accompanied by free or guided tours of the exhibitions, in the presence of BAL lecturers or curators.
With 450 m2 of exhibition and reception rooms, Le BAL can accommodate an average of 100 people in a sitting format (press conferences, business meetings, etc.) and up to 300 people in a cocktail format. The services offered by Le BAL Café by Le RECHO, Le BAL restaurant, can be adapted to your requirements. On the menu: a tasty market cuisine, concocted from organic, local and farm produce. Every day, the restaurant's brigade invents, around the flavours of the world, a cuisine of discovery, sharing and commitment.
Le BAL has 2 modern and functional exhibition areas:
On the ground floor, the glass room: a 100 m² room with a capacity of 100 people for cocktails and 50 people for sitting format.
On the second level, the ballroom: a 200 m² room with a capacity of 200 people for cocktails and 100 people for sitting format.
Le BAL Café has a surface area of 43 m² and can accommodate 35 people seated and 50 people standing.
The terrace has an area of 18m² and can accommodate 20 people seated and up to 50 people standing.
