Adrien Genoudet

Adrien Genoudet is a writer, filmmaker and researcher in visual history. He holds a doctorate in arts and cinema after having defended in 2018 a thesis entitled L'effervescence des images: les Archives de la Planète d'Albert Kahn (The effervescence of images: Albert Kahn's Archives of the Planet). He was a temporary teaching and research attaché (ATER) at the Collège de France, attached to the chair of Patrick Boucheron. He teaches at Sciences Po Paris and at the École Européenne Supérieure de l'Image (ÉESI). He has published, among others, in 2015 the essay Dessiner l'histoire, pour une histoire visuelle and in 2017 a novel, L'Etreinte. He is the author of several short and feature films presented in festivals and arts centres. Since October 2018, he has been editor-in-chief of the magazine Entre-Temps (https://entre-temps.net/).
