Katja Stuke and Oliver Sieber (Boehm Kobayashi), winners of the LUMA Dummy Book Award 2016 at the Rencontres d'Arles, will give a one day performative workshop at LE BAL named "This place is your place". ARCHIVES SOCMUS : Posters from the Bulgarian communist era
Exhibition : 2 & 3/09 - Presentation : Saturday 2/09 - 6:30PM

A fascinating collection of posters of the Bulgarian communist era will be presented during the weekend by bulgarian photographer Nikola Mihov and collector Michaël Bordat, both owners of the archive. Born in 2016, SOCMUS is an archive project of more than 6000 graphic documents of the socialist era : books, posters, vinyls, flyers,... A selection of these posters and books representative of this historical period will be presented to the public for the first time during ROLLING PAPER.

Théophile’s Papers will present an installation of books and special edition hammocks by artist Adrien Vescovi.This will be accompanied by a lecture and a music performance in the hammocks. Artists names to be confirmed.
