To coincide with the launch of The Eyes N°7, dedicated to Poland and the Provoke exhibition, LE BAL, Paris, The Eyes and LE BAL present The Eyes Talks #2. 

The format of the talks will be concised and fast-paced. Each participant has 10 minutes to present an idea or a project to adress the conditions involved in producing a political image today. 

With : 

Rafal Milach (Poland), photograph, member of the artist collective Sputnik Photos > on the project Lost Territories (2016).

Adam Mazur (Poland), art critic and art historian, chief editor of Szum > on the work of Piotr Uklanski.

Aneta Grzeszykowska (Poland) artist > on the project Iranian film stills (2015). 

Katja Stuke (Germany), photograph > autour des projets Könnte Sein (2004-2008), Eleven to Liverpool Street (2009-2010) and Nationalfeiertag (2011-2014)

 

Laura El-Tantawy (Egypt) photograph > on the project In the shadow of the pyramids (2005-2014)

Marc Feustel (France), independent curator, author and editor >  on the book Code Unknown (2015) and the series #R (2015-2016) and #police #cover_up #demonstrations #brutality (2016) by Satoshi Fujiwara.
